Budoshin Ju-Jitsu®

For Teens and Adults

Budoshin Ju-Jitsu is a traditional form of the Japanese "stand-up" martial arts based on strategies, tactics and techniques dating back beyond the late 1500’s. It places a strong emphasis on self-defense, efficient and smooth movements, and an inherent philosophy of honor, respect, self-control and non-violence. This has made it an extremely effective martial art even in today’s world.

Please Note: adult classes will resume soon! Keep checking back for any changes in the scheduling.

Junior Ju-Jitsu

For Kids, ages 9 through 12

Our Junior Ju-Jitsu program is based largely on our Adult program, with some changes designed to better accommodate youthful energy, size and limitations. This program still focuses heavily on self-defense training, respect, honor, and personal integrity. It also teaches our juniors to set and reach achievable goals, to become better students in school, and to be better listeners at home..
